How do I find out when your next trip to IKEA will be?
Subscribe to our email list, follow us on Twitter, friend us on Facebook, visit our website or call us and we will share with you the date of our next trip. We typically make trips every week but we vary our trips based on demand and IKEA promotions.
What are my pick-up/delivery options?
You can pick your furniture up from our location, or we can deliver to your door for an additional charge. For a delivery quote, email us at carrie@modernlv.com including your address, and we'll send you an estimate.
When do I pay for my furniture?
We will send you a custom invoice once your order has been confirmed with ModernLV. Payment must be made in full when the merchandise is transferred to the buyer.
What forms of payment does ModernLV accept?
Cash for the exact amount at the time the merchandise is transferred.
What happens if my furniture is out-of-stock once you get to IKEA?
We check the IKEA store stock levels before we leave Las Vegas. If an item seems low or out of stock, we will let you know before hand. If your requested item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will attempt to contact you while we are still at the store to let you know your options.
What do I do if my furniture is damaged once I take it out of the box?
If an item is damaged or missing pieces, we will exchange the broken piece on our next trip if it meets IKEA's return and exchange policy. Click here for more information about their return policy.
How do I find IKEA’s product article numbers for the items I want?
On IKEA's website, go to the product page of the item you want and first make sure you have designated the correct color and size of the item you desire. Once the color and size (if applicable) have been designated, scroll to the bottom of the page and underneath the “product description and measurements” paragraph, click on "package measurements and weight" link which is displayed in blue. Once opened, there will be measurements and weights listed in inches and lbs. and cms and kgs. In addition the article number(s) will be displayed at the top of each piece needed to make the item you desire. Please insert the appropriate article number(s) into your Wish List order form on our site. Some furniture may require multiple pieces to create the furniture you desire; be sure to add the correct quantity needed to ensure we pick up what is needed.
